Dear Lord, Nancy. Let. It. Go. If you were the better team you would have won the game in New Orleans. You got smoked. Bama proved they were - at minimum - one of the top 2 teams going into that game. They proved to be the best in the country by the way they dominated the game.
As one of your fellow LSU posters pointed out elsewhere, the system we ALL play in is designed to put the two best teams in the BCSNCG. Not the two best conference champions. The two best teams. If you can't admit that the system did exactly as it was set up to do (as it did in 2007) and put the two best teams in the BCSNCG then you are still blinded by your own anger. Be mad at your staff and players for thinking they were good enough to win the game by playing the same game they played in November. The only time LSU lead that November game was when the kick went in in OT. You played Bama for 8 qtrs that year and never held a lead at the end of a quarter, at the end of a half, etc. Hell, you never led going into a freaking commerical break that year!

Looking at the Spring depth chart on defense, I'm going to go ahead and predict a loss to Bama early in the year. I think 11-1 is a legitimate possibility, though.

If I was an A&M fan I wouldn't be so cocky that they beat a #1 ranked team. Remember that raping OU gave you back in 03? I'd be careful, Saban does well in revenge games.
