I think Loyola is the no-brainer.
Honestly, I'm leaning Florida State from Sunday's games. Oregon/USC is a crapshoot. If not Florida State, you have to go Alabama. If you don't pick Alabama now, you either never pick them, or have to try to pick them to upset a 1 seed in Michigan or Gonzaga. However, and here's why I'm leaning FSU, if you correctly pick FSU, then you have maybe an easier pick in the Elite 8 by taking Alabama over FSU. Then that leaves you with Gonzaga in the Final 4.
So, now I see your conundrum with picking Loyola first. I guess you're right to go with Arkansas. I still think FSU may be a good choice. You can go USC or FSU, whichever you feel better about, and it doesn't affect your overall strategy (provided you choose correctly). Both are 3 point or less spreads, so it's essentially a coin flip either way.

Based on nothing more than those graphs, looks like Gonzaga will run Creighton out of the building.
No wonder Vegas has Creighton as 13.5 point underdogs.

Yea I don't think Gonzaga is going to have any issues at all with Creighton
