Super Secret News that will ROCK the RANT: REVEALED!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, the time has come.

After an exhaustive investigation, I have uncovered the shocking truth: We didn't have a Best Poster Tournament this year!!!!

Now, in fairness, I was offline for a couple of weeks in the middle of July while I was at the National Scout Jamboree, so it is entirely possible we did it then, but I can see no evidence of it.

Meanwhile, the entire board has been distracted by LSU, Lane Kiffin, Sankey, lawsuits, eligibility, former professional players, Arch Manning, Alabama's latest crisis, six new coaches, the SEC's championship drought, the Big Ten, NIL, the transfer portal, and whatever other completely random nonsense the Rant has managed to turn into a major event this summer.

So I waited. I watched. I searched.Nothing.

No bracket.
No nominations.
No arguments over seeding.
No outrage over who got left out.
No 14-page thread explaining why someone's 37,000 posts make them objectively better than someone else's 36,000 posts.

Nothing.

And since apparently I am the only person who noticed, or at least Cocky enough to speak up about it, I have no choice but to step in and preserve the integrity of the Rant.

Therefore, with the off season over and Week one officially underway: I hereby declare myself, Lonnie Utah, as the 2026 Best Poster on the SEC Rant.

No voting necessary.
No committee required.
No runoff.

Frankly, I don't see how this board could come to any other conclusion at this point. I was the only one that noticed the tournament didn't happen. That's Best Poster material right there. I'm sure you will all agree.
