Ledbetter, Hines, Jordan, Hancock (if he can break his slump), and Clark (if he can get it going) is a murderer's row. There are bright spots on the mound. This is potentially a good baseball team. We'll see.

They are really good batters but I wouldn't get too confident.

You guys just barely squeaked by the worst team in the SEC at home. Still got Mount Everest to climb if you want to think about the postseason.

Congrats on the series though.

This is exactly right. Congrats on a fine team.

Long way to go but Ole Miss is still a good ball club despite the record.

Mainly we are still alive. Nixon pitching well is huge for our bullpen. We are going to be a problem for every team going forward.

One game at a time.

Why is Burns pitching on Sunday? Did they move Beam to Saturday?

OK just looking at the box score and their Friday night guy (Dollander) started Saturday. The Sunday starter is Beam who started today and their Saturday starter (Burns) is pitching in relief for Beam now. Lindsey started on Friday. He is normally a bullpen pitcher.

We have a top 30 rpi which will help us get in the postseason.

I think 12 wins is our target to have a shot. 13 guarantees it

Trying to shake up the lineup a bit. It didn’t work. Midway through the season and the Vols look completely lost. They can’t seem to do anything consistently except lose 2 out of 3. It’s like watching a very talented travel team that just can’t play together.

Y’all have a shot, but we are in no way a good ball club.

State is 12-13 against Q1 and Q2.

Granted, that record will get worse when Ole Miss goes to Q3.

Not to pile on, but they've done something else just as much as that.
