The offense's job is to win games by scoring more points. The defense's job is to stop people from scoring. One of the hardest things to do in football is go 80 yards in under 2 minutes to score and win games. Chavis controlled one of those things and he wasn't very good at it. Care to guess which one? If he's only interested in winning games with 3 TD leads then maybe he should've taken a job in the Mountain West and just coast on in to retirement.
