Steele got by on AU's talent up front this year, but he can't gameplan all that well, and doesn't adjust at all. He got kicked around all year at LSU last year, and everyone saw that talent wasn't the problem down the stretch this year, especially in the Citrus Bowl.
Steele was overmatched in this game. Watching Aranda go against Stoops would have been fun. Petrino had nothing for him.

I think White is okay. He is just a terrible fit and is not big enough to take the hits.
But yeah this game kind of sums up the season.

OU sure gets a lot of mileage out running the score up on SEC teams who aren't pumped to be in a meaningless Sugar Bowl. Play a Big 6 member when it counts.
