Exactly. A great offensive lineman is less likely to hold than a bad one because he doesn't need to. A bad offensive lineman is more likely to get beat and therefor more likely to need to hold.

Same story for bad cornerbacks vs. good ones. Bad CB's are going to commit more PI's because they get beat more and have to.

Those protected flagship teams literally have the best coaches in all of college football.

Assuming the best coached teams commit penalties at the same rate as every other team is retarded.

Study invalidated. Let's move on.
