This "ace" recruiter nonsense about Taggart is utter nonsense.

He had one elite class, with the best recruiter in the country in Cristobal running recruiting. Notice no one from Oregon jumping head over hills to FSU?

Taggart in fact was a WORSE recruiter at USF on average than Jim Lev, and barely better than Holtz.

Guy is a decent recruiter, but he isn't elite. Study his history. Not that impressive.

Florida has the most proven staff of the three. So seems the most likely. LSU has the most talent, but worst staff. Tenn has a good staff but least talent of the three. 1. Florida 2. LSU 3. Tenn

I agree.

Is this what consistently finishing runner-up for 40 years does to a fan-base? Arbitrarily pick numbers to compare their program to other programs to feel better about what the SEC West endures every year? Playing and losing to Bama?

Seems so lol. Sucks doesn't it. In the end. We all are second to Bama though.
