Wait, so the "rankings" that have y'all as the "15-20something" best d in the country count, but the ones that list our offense at #7 in the nation aren't shite. UTEP played OU better than AU played Clemson.

I don't understand why he feels the need to ruin good threads like this.

If you are talking about Lawrence that wears number 10 being in the nfl. You are a fool. The guy is awful. He paints his face black and does a celebration after every play that he's close to, but don't be fooled, he sucks. I'd bet his family donates a lot of money or something because no way should he be starting in the sec

You have no clue. Lawrence is the leading returning tackler in the SEC and had 10 tackles and a sack yesterday against Auburn.

He has a very good shot of making the NFL

I will say this one more time. IT IS UTEP!!! They are not a good team no matter how much you try to make it true. Play a conference game or two then blow your smoke.

State's D is certainly top 15 at this point. They rotate some sizable, quick, D lineman, their secondary is the sound and they have 5-6 nearly identical LB's with good leadership. My 79 y/o dad went to the game and I felt bad for him after the kickoff return to start the second half because usually State just breaks down after turnarounds like that but they didn't. I don't think Mullen is that great of a coach as he tries to get too cute at times, but at this point their talent level is equal and likely deeper than other SEC teams except LSU, Bama and maybe Georgia. This is a balanced, athletic, fast team..watched the Rebs after State and although I like our coach and QB we looked so much smaller than State..my 2 cents

RebelGator, your Rebels have a chance to earn everyone's respect with a win against Texas this weekend.

Its funny- State beats Auburn- whom every RebelBear to a man were saying it wasnt going to happen- but we shouldnt get excited.

Yet the RebelBears have come from behind to beat a D-II team and UTEP- and everything is "glorious" right now for their program

In the 2011 season, ole miss scored 80 points against their 2 easiest foes (in their only 2 wins).

In the 2012 season, ole miss scored 77 points against their 2 easiest foes.

Apparently, this years offense is an unstoppable juggernaut compared to last.

In 2011, MSU's defense was the 15th best scoring defense in the country.

In 2012, MSU's defense has added depth, and looks better than last yer.

Apparently, this counts as below average.

Let's not forget about Autry, either this year or next, will make the NFL. Josh Boyd will most likely get drafted, as well.
