Thanks, I had heard about the 1031, but I've heard from 180 days to a year..so thanks for your input and I'd be grateful for a referral..

Didn't go cause I thought we might get beat (not beat down) and I'm not a fan of going to bowl games in cities I've been too a million times..but I did go to the Aggie/Rebel game last year and was on the field pre game..loved the stadium and was impressed with how unified the cheers were from your fans even in the fourth quarter..

Different sets of priorities..saw it a lot growing up as a middle class kid..I went to the best school (private) in town with the highest avg ACT graduation score by far..was always grateful and proud of my parents sacrifice while plenty of my public school friends had parents that chose to invest in vacations/boats and bigger houses..just different outlooks..as a result if I was poor I would certainly want the option of a charter school vs being forced into a public school for my kids
