Don't deserve it? State has one of the top baseball fanbases in the country.
You want a fan base that doesn't deserve their team look at Florida or Vandy. Florida can't even fill their stadium for a super regional.
State fans are pessimistic because we never win but at least we show up.

I just don't think he understands that we joke around about situations like this. It happens constantly, so might as well make light of it. Foreign to a Bama fan though.

Eh...it's Neff...and he wasn't lights out.
He was getting smashed but balls were going straight at guys. He was tossing 87 MPH BP.
You have the lead in the 8th inning and give up a triple, you put your closer in. Can't fathom why Self wasn't used.

Disagree. All we needed from Self was 5 outs and there would be no tomorrow. But that wasn't only problem- other was leaving Rowdey on 3rd after his 1 out triple.
