He's the starter...unless it turns out there is more to his broken finger. All indications are he will be throwing again at the end of June...

Do you really think that Mallett is going to be that good instantly vs SEC Defenses? I think he will put up decent numbers but nothing eye popping. Does Arkansas have good enough recievers to make him look good?

Hartline will be the starter until Morgan Newton picks up on the offense. I wouldn't be surpised to see Randall Cobb take a few snaps either.

Chris Todd looked pretty good in the first half of games last year. But you always knew his arm was going to get all noodley and weak before the second half began.

That said, you guys might have a player revolt and fan riot on your hands if Kodi is benched in favor of Todd. They would probably be ok with Caudle or Rollison getting in there. They seem to frickin hate Todd. Just my personal observation. I could be wrong.

Yes, our opposing defenses said the same thing....

If Shepard or Lee is starting for LSU then that means the season took a bad turn. Shep is not ready for SEC ball just yet at the QB position. Lee in my opinion is the NFL version of Rex Grossman.

Auburn- I stiil dont know why Kodi Burns is in the mix he is clearly not a QB. Caudle is a pretty good player and Todd who knows.

Im not from LSU but I think that Jarett Lee has gotten a bad rap for no reason. Jefferson isnt that great you will see this fall.

he's made some bad mistakes and some were not entirely his fault. he really was no worse than stafford and look how he turned out. JJ didn't make those same mistakes though.

I have heard that AU fans should not be surprised to see Chris Todd take the starting job once he is healthy...

If that shite happens, I will personally drive down to the athletic complex and bitch slap Malzahn back to Tulsa.

We do...They are young...but could be as any one GROUP in the SEC. Also DJ Williams, so we got it covered

JJ did everything Lee didn't do. Throw the ball away, run if you have chance, did't stare down receivers, stayed calm. Don't get me wrong I hope Lee improves dramatically, but right now JJ is the QB LSU needs.

That's going too far, but LSu fans forget that he did throw a bunch of TDs.

as long as he doesn't stare down his receivers and throw off his back foot, i'm okay with him starting.
