He's "just being a college kid" either way. The difference is that one is in violation of team rules and has much more serious offense with regard to the law. We can wax philosophical on what we think the law should be about pot, but until that changes I want the team to handle it accordingly.

I understand the team rules on it. Even if pot were legal I would expect football players to be clean, depending on the University's rules.
My problem is him being arrested, and others being glad he is arrested for it. Not Auburn.
