For whatever reason, we had several drop in ratings when 247 came out. James Cook, for one. If the other services do similar drops we have one or two that could drop.

That is because Cook is insanely overrated.

I mean, he was the star offensive player for the East squad and made alpha dog as a Wide Receiver. He's my favorite player in this class. He's extremely versatile and he's going to give teams fits. You can't cover him out of the backfield and he would probably be monster as a slot receiver as well. He's that good as a receiver. People always want to compare him to his brother but he's not the same type of player. James Cook is going to be a monster for us. I expect him to play year one.

They do - People can act like they don't but if your landing more 4/5 star players then other teams (Bama) odds are your going to be competing for National Titles every year (Bama). That doesn't mean they hit on every player it just means that if one guy doesn't measure up the next guy does. It's a winning strategy.

It's just simple statistics. People who point out outlier 2 stars who made it big as their reason stars don't matter are just plain stupid.

I don't know. he looked pretty good at the Army game, from what I hear. Mainly as a RB coming out of the backfield and catching passes.

You can’t really hope to be better than us right now, but maybe try to be like us.

I'm not sure if we will ever see a dominant program like Alabama has right now ever again. It just seems surreal what Alabama has done the past 6-7 years.

I think Grimes was a five star and is getting cleared to play. So Florida will have 3....

which is pathetic. Save us Mullen!
