These guys who played professionally are practicing with the LSU team:
Niang, Dessert, Ružic and Levy.
Another player practicing with the team RJ Luis had professional NBA contracts but did not play in a professional game.
It appears either the LSU AD is exerting zero institutional control or he has bought in to fighting the SEC and playing pros while using the technicality of these guys not listed on the roster.
The Presidents of the other 15 schools are "not happy" about this move.

Who are these pros you speak of?
Arkansas got Muurinen eligible but he only played in Europe somewhere.
Are they letting people play in the SEC that played professionally in America?

The SEC has ruled if you played professionally you aren't playing in the SEC.

And by approved, I mean he got approved by the SEC.
They wouldn't play him until he got approved. He didn't play in the Bahamas tournament.

This is blatantly false. Go back and look at what they actually prohibited. It does not reference international pro basketball players.

There shouldn't be any guess work with eligibility. So fricked up.
The SEC and NCAA needs to make decisions on eligibility BEFORE the player gets on campus.
How stupid do you have to be to not even have clear rules in place to determine who is eligible and who isn't.
To me, if the conference is tardy on making an eligibility decision, that decision should be effective the following year, not in a year where it was undecided up to the time the player enrolled.
