The executive order only applies to executive branch agencies. However, it also has language to encourage other agencies such as universities to follow suit. Most agencies outside of the executive branch typically adopt executive orders anyway.

The policy is going to pertain to exceptions and exemptions. Make no mistake about it, Landry’s goal is to end telework for most employees.
State employees are not entitled to telework. It’s a benefit that most agency use and highlight when recruiting.

The PGA reminds me of stores like Macy’s, Toys R Us, and even JCP and Sears that refused to recognize the future of online shopping. They’re either dead or barely hanging on. The PGA is ran by a bunch of old farts who are bound by tradition. They are small minded and lack the innovation needed to drive the game forward. Tiger saved the PGA tour for years, and Rory is helping it bounce back this year. However, I still think it lacks true leadership that will grow the game long term.

Male coaches are arrogant and rude all the time much like players, but when women like Mulkey or Angel Reese do something it becomes unacceptable. Watching Shannon Sharp melt about this is hilarious. Didn’t he try and fight the grizzlies?!!!
