Sporting News break down of Alabama's near breakdown.
1. Alabama O-line needs work, and bad.
2. The loss of linebackers hurts.
3. Tide no.1, but only because Ga. lost.
4. Chaos averted. If Bama had lost, it would have been the first time since 1966 that all top 3 teams lose in the same week.
5. Alabama needs to improve for Aub, and fast.

We outgained State 444 to 330 and 7.8 YPP to 4.5 YPP. I mean, sweet jeebus, I know the game was close and we have some issues but people don't have to just start making shite up.

2. Miss. St took advantage of that running the option with a mobile QB.
3. Our secondary is better than people think
4. Our punt return game may be the worst in the SEC
5. Hurts did really well in this game.
