Daily Reminder:

The South has the largest population, the most metro areas, the most total wealth as calculated by GDP, the best cities (Miami, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Nashville, D.C., Charleston, Palm Beach, Tampa, etc.), most beautiful coastline, strongest economy, second-best universities (after the Northeast), and highest influx of new residents of any region in the U.S. (South, Northeast, West, Midwest).

The Midwest has the lowest population, least metro areas, worst cities (Chiraq, Detroit, St Louis, Cleveland, etc.), worst weather, no coast, smallest economy, ugliest women, worst economy, and the greatest loss of residents of any region in the country.

Most Midwestern migrants who are fleeing that frozen shite hole are moving to the South (in particular, FL, TX, GA, NC, etc.).

This is also a daily reminder that Ohio State is a shite school that accepts well over 50% of its students and feeds most of its graduates to dilapidated pits like Cleveland and Cincinnati. Lastly, this is a reminder that five different SEC schools have won a Natty since the commencement of the 21st century, while the B10 has only one school.

The B10 thinks that adding Rutgers and UCLA gives them “coast to coast” hegemony. fricking hilarious.

We have people from Cleveland showing up to argue here? This seems random.

I don’t have a degree in any geography-related fields, but I’m not sure this one belongs on the list.

Mississippi needs a lot of work. The food options across that state are downright depressing

Had sushi once in Corinth, MS. God damn, what was I thinking. My roll was warm and didn’t even try the sashimi I ordered.

What in the f*ck were you doing in Corinth? I've lived in North MS for 30 years and have never had a reason to go there. Every person I meet from Corinth looks like they are meth heads from West Virginia and drank radioactive well water. That is like the most undesirable place to visit in MS.

Its where the hoot owls f*ck the the chickens

Buddy, this is less an indictment on Mississippi than it is on your own critical thinking skills.

In laws lived there, so, spent a bit (more than I wanted) of time up that way. A good time was cruising the Tombigbee, the section with all rocks along the canal.

To the other poster, yes, ordering sushi in Corinth when you see the sushi chefs are Hispanic is a bad idea. I knew it at the time; I know it now. Sister in law wanted to treat us city folk.

Yes it is.

DC has magnolias and crepe myrtles. It is a Southern city.

JFK put it best about DC, (paraphrasing) "DC has northern sophistication and southern charm. "
