Why do people keep bringing this up. What if Spurrier had stayed at Duke? Where would UF be?
They're just saying Spurrier's head to head vs Richt isn't an accurate assessment of the 2 coaches because of the huge gap that existed between UGA and SC when Spurrier got here.

If they are supposed to be TAMU's cross how come they are not playing them again this season?

An accurate assessment of South Carolina is that they have 2 very good years every decade.
Spurrier hasn't changed anything in that regard.
Well... we can expect to see the Gamecock loyal back on these boards around 2020, I'm sure. It's all down hill from here.

the three games in the east in UF, UGA, and UTk have me worried. UGA because both teams play so well against each other 9 times out of 10. UF will be a tough game even though the game is in Columbia, I just worry that with the outcome of alst season the guys might be a little too hype and play tight to avoid another embarrassment. UTk is right in the middle of the 3 game away game stretch, and they are under new management, This will be the definition of a trap game.
UNC will be a closer game than most envision, although I see SC pulling away in the second half much like the last time Fedora opened the season in Columbia with Souther Miss. back in 2009. A good game fore the first half and keeping us on the edge of our seat thinking an upset will occur, but SC's coaching staff coming out with the adjustments and the players conditioning will be the difference and Clowney.
Clemson is a tossup, however I count it as a win. I do this because the past four years have been blowouts and not even close. The line in Clemson isn't very good, and that defense has been just flat out horrible the past few years (what have you done for me lately). Couple all of those reasons and it is in Columbia, I see it as a win.
With all of this said this could be a very special year in Columbia, just as soon as it can blow up in our faces. All I know for certain is that I will be in my seats at Williams-Brice and hoping to witness history. GOD I CAN"T WAIT FOR FOOTBALL SEASON!!!

I actually think Chaz Sutton is going to have the bigger game versus UGA.

I think they beat UG and us but will lose some stupid game to a team they have no business losing to.
