He thinks OP bragging about finishing third was a serious thread and not a sarcastic thread about underachieving with talent because of coaching

It literally says “shock the world to finish third” and people are taking it seriously. I can’t with this website sometimes

Are you reading a different thread

Are you ? Every comment that’s negative to USC has more down votes then up votes and South Carolina fans were insulting people who didn’t hype up the team .

This is still in play. North Carolina doesn't count as a SEC East Game.

We’re clearly reading different threads. Upvotes and downvotes don’t mean shite and there’s nobody saying South Carolina was gonna be good, just insulting people who saying they are bad

We could be 0-12 and they’d still do that. Put on your big boy pants. Nobody except a select few liked Muschamp. A lot of us just gritted our tooth and hoped for the best

It's as if our consistent criticism of Ray since he's been AD has nothing to do with our football search in 2015 and our inability to beat any of our rivals, plus Aggy and UK, in the time he's been AD. We have some tone deaf people on this board.

It's mind boggling, ludicrous and disconcerting all at the same time is it not? With a touch of the sublime.

But hey, it's free and it's entertaining ... especially when the sheep humping sister bangers get involved.

Indeed thread was obvious satire.

Y'all did shock me with the 22 mil buy-out though.

Don’t ever hire a baseball coach to be your AD

Tanner is awesome, but not as an AD

I was more didapointed when we had our doors blown off in our first game vs TAMU a few years back. Since then I don't allow myself to get to hyped for any games . I was even more sickened by the Muschamp hire to begin with than the UNC, TAMU and Citadel losses combined.

Everyone and their uncle knew Muschamp was a shitty head coach except for one person. The USC AD Ray Tanner. He screwed the pooch and embarrassed the entire fan base with the Muschamp hire. Sadly he had half the season to find a coach. Great head start and still ended up with Boom

The SEC east is a 5 team fight for the bottom, who gets there first and holds on to it is the only suspense.

Tanner has completely sullied his legacy at South Carolina. If we were to honor one of his CWS championship teams on Saturday, I have no doubt he'd be booed mercilessly.

The focus in the regional and national media has been why is UoSC so bad NOT that UNC is so good. We’re a good team that will be a top 10 team in 2 years. We have 2 NFL DLs and our entire OL is 310+ and are sophomores.

UNC was a potential playoff team in 2015. After the 2016 season, we lost Trubinsky and have not had a QB since. We now have a true freshman stud and a competent coaching staff. Recruiting is taking off.

UNC will be playing in the ACCCG in 2022. Mark it down.

Slow down. You barely slid past a trash S.C. team that could easily finish this season with one win. UNC isn’t going anywhere fast.
