This. And 285 & 75 in GA have to be a couple of the worst. And then they decide at the last minute to make a 4 lane change for their exit

As a resident of Columbia, South Carolina...I can attest this statement is very much true.
Even our cops drive slow in the left lane and it's supposedly against the law.
