Rummel, many, if not most of us on the SEC Rant don't even venture to the Tiger Rant. If LSU subjects were flooding this board, you'd have a point. I hadn't even heard of this story except through the SEC Rant.

I have a hard time believing Les didn't know this was going down when it happened. But at least they fixed it and didn't let him play.

Again, The Rant is for LSU related topics, The SEC Rant is for all other SEC schools not named LSU.

We would like to keep the discussions seperate.

We don't wish to piss any of y'all off, and the thread was not anchored due to content or anything other than the fact that it should be discussed in the stickied thread on Tiger Rant.

Be careful. I hope this is nothing, but the one thing that I have learned from the NCAA's dealings with Alabama is that they have their agendas. They had a hard-on for us, and came at us with both guns blazing, determined to get us at all costs. I think it was a nice trophy on their wall to take down Alabama a few major pegs. I would like to say that they have an anti-SEC agenda, however they let Tennessee off the hook so many times that I can't say that. Remember Dale Brown's run ins with the NCAA? I would not be a bit suprised if they target LSU with a point to make an example of them. No one else gets sweet-treated like USC by the NCAA except maybe Nebraska in the 90's.

let's hope nothing comes of this. I dont wish probation on anyone. A coach paying a player??? sheesh, that could get ugly.
