Dude...just remember...

We beat Ohio State. Doesn't matter they had some people out. We did too, two of whom are playing in the NFL.

Are you comparing a semi-final in the playoffs to a meaningless to OSU Cotton Bowl where OSU's starting QB and top 10 drafted WR were not playing?

That is Missouri's biggest win in program history, and it was a somewhat meaningless bowl game to OSU

Ewers isn’t all world but acting like removing him will make your team unstoppable is a common theme amongst Texas fans this year and it’s simply untrue. Your line couldn’t block Georgia in both games and somehow couldn’t have any push against an Arizona state team that isn’t anything special in the front 7.

I don't think it will make them unstoppable, but he is more mobile than Ewers and throws a more accurate deep ball. Half of Texas Oline and Ewers are nursing injuries right now, and they are playing backup running backs all year...Arch could give them a boost in rushing and help the Oline by being more mobile than Ewers...Too late now though to switch horses mid stream.

Ohio st is clearly better
We match up with them just fine. The question that still remains is whether we have enough killer instinct. We had our foot on the throats of Georgia, Clemson & ASU and let them all 3 back in the game by relaxing and ST lapses.

As such, I think Texas will match up much better than did Oregon but your offense like our offense will need to be hitting on all cylinders to upset OSU.

Agree w this 100%. Problem is our offense hasn’t been consistent for a full 4 quarters all year. Like you said I think we’ll match up better than Oregon did in the lines but I don’t trust us not to have false starts, odd play calls, etc. Hope they prove me wrong.

Be thankful you got this far but it was only because of the dead last weakest schedule in the conference and a complete cupcake walk to the playoffs. Now reality sinks in.

Texas was in total control yesterday, even after the halfback pass for a TD. Then Sark tried for a quick strike instead of grinding ASU down like they have done against other teams this year. That coaching mistake put most of the team and all of the coaches in full choke mode.

Taaffe, the OL, Bert, and Sark choked. Only reason they won is Ewers, Golden and Helm. Texas has plenty of talent to match up with OSU. It’s whether they have the mental strength.

Every week is different. They’ll be cruising on hype after redeeming themselves against an Oregon team that beat them earlier.

Rat poison is real.

THAT was our biggest win in program history?

Damn you dumb!

It's not even in our Top 10.

And I must ask, if the game was so "meaningless," then why did the Ohio State bother playing?

Man I was looking at the bracket and thinking about how Georgia or Notre Dame may have to play Penn State on a shorter week and we could possibly have an all Big 10 finals. That would suck beyond all belief and I would be 100% convinced that James Franklin sold his first born to the devil for a national championship shot.

B1G is just better this season. We have to right the ship next season.
