That would be a much more reasonable measure. You should have used this in the first place.

State tends to play Bama tight.
Ole Miss gets arse handed all the time from Bama.

Ole Miss tends to play LSU tight/win.
State gets arse handed all the time from LSU.

Need to trade off every now and then.

Well, there were 2 teams that beat Bama last year, and LSU played only one of them. I'll let you take it from here, but don't think too hard.

I know the kick six was awesome but I don't think it counted for 14 points

After bama beat LSU in their Superbowl, they barely beat MSU, lost to Au. and got skull-drug by Choklahoma in the Sugar Bowl.

LSU has three little brothers now. Arky, OM and bama. Sad.

No, but the two touchdowns LSU beat Auburn by did. And that mattered for beans when LSU played Bama. Transitive property is pointless when the teams in question played each other.

What media hype?

And your opinions are bad and you should feel bad.

The point is that using the transitive property in college football will lead you to some inane conclusions. If all you are using is the respective Bama games to evaluate these teams, my sincere advice is to burn your bookie's number.

We are better than Alabama via the transitive property.

You're either missing my point or being intentionally dense.

It's dumb to say Team A is going to do better than Team B because of the way they played Team C in two different games, when in fact Team A and Team B played each other. Use the A vs. B matchup to gauge, not how A did against C vs. how B did against C.

Might as well throw in the fact that one game was on the road while the other was at home.

Even then the head to head doesn't tell the whole story.

Ole Miss was not a better team than LSU last year, but still won. Same foes for State over OM in the Egg Bowl.

Upsets happen. They don't definitively prove that X is better than Y.

I called it your Super Bowl. Pay attn.

Why did bama play so poorly after beating LSU?
$aban even stated the team wasn't the same after that game. He jumped into the arms of AJ like a freshman cheerleader.

He is now treating LSU like it's the most important game of the year. The year before, after losing to A&M, he whined about the LSU game being too draining after he got lucky in Tiger stadium. The game where AJ Mcdashian was crying like a baby. Remember?
