I’m fairly certain that dog-piling has no correlation to CWS championships.

+1 for completely missing the point.

win a lot of games. 88, as a matter of fact. (88-63) 1st in overall wins

LSU, however, is 51-29. Also impressive. 4th in overall wins behind ASU and USC. (and people try to claim that LSU is not a cbb blue blood. You are. No question)

Not sure your flex is as strong as you think it is.

this also has nothing to do with the OP's point either. We expect to go every year, which might have something to do with why we've been so many times.

Or not. Makes no difference to me. I love the fact that the program realizes that just getting there is not the goal. Even if we don't win it every time.

College baseball is my first love. More than even football. I love the fact that I've had the chance to experience Omaha as many times as I've been able to go. There's nothing quite like it. I've been there when we won it all, and I've been there when we didn't (last trip was the loss to LSU. That was such a fun series).

For the record, I have no problem with teams dog piling when they go. They worked hard to get there and there's nothing wrong with celebrating it. The OP was clearly pointing out that we expect to go every year. Arrogance? perhaps, but that's the reason they don't.

So you spam post because you know A&M is not legitimate ?

No. The debate about who is a blue blood is tiresome.

First. No one cares except the fans of those schools. The players of those schools don’t even care.

Second. It’s already well established. We all already know a blue blood if we hear one.

And yes of course Aggies aren’t one. Duh. We all know this.

Everyone already knows ALL of this!!!

That’s my point. Jesus.

I get what you are trying to say but yall haven’t won shite that matters in a long time. Homeboy trying to shite on college kids dog piling is fricking stupid. Tigers dog pile and if we do then it’s absolutely ok for anyone else to do it. Your boy needs to check that false sense of masculinity.

I don’t care what your CWS tournament wins are if they aren’t in the final. Having the most wins and not the hardware to back it up isn’t the flex you think it is.

Also LSU does not give a frick what anyone thinks about blue bloods. We are the Gold Blood in college baseball and we stand alone.

And don’t bother bringing up titles from you or usc from over 40 years ago. I don’t care.

well I, for one, said I have no issue with it. I was simply explaining why our team doesn't. It really doesn't matter or have any effect on how the teams play when they get there.

If you only care about winning it all then you are missing out on a great tourney. Win or lose it's a great experience.

You’re clearly confused about who plays the games and who watches them.

Any teams success or failure has zero bearing on anyone’s life.

None. There are people worth multiple millions of dollars, even billions whose Alma mater has never won anything. And there are “blue blood winners” that don’t have a penny to their name.

My status and yours has zero to do with what college kids do as a sport.

And if you think otherwise you’re an idiot.

Thanks for doing the list. I don't want you to think I am one of those guys that...well...I have seen some people go into a lot of work and thought putting something together and other people just come ion here and criticize what they did. I thought your list was very good as it was...but just could have had a couple more add ons. Thanks for understanding.

Who cares about being a blue blood, I'd rather be my favorite team contend for natties in football and baseball.

Bad year for sure but baseball just won it all last year so not a big deal.

Getting time for football to do something though.

Haven't you heard? Just making the CWS makes you awesome. Winning a title makes you elite, unless you're Texas. Then you have to have 9 or 10 CWS titles to just be "good."

I don't now if people have not looked up to see exactly what Texas has done in baseball or what. Seems odd. And just making it to Omaha is pretty freaking good. The Rant is a strange place. It's like nobody is allowed to look at another teams accomplishment and give them credit. They have to try to criticize everybody else to make their own team seem better.

Texas is most certainly a college baseball blue blood, who had one of the two best coaches of all time.
