So? Their free speech rights were not violated because they were not arrested.

The constitution protects people from being arrested for voicing their opinions. It does not protect them from anything else.

I want to see a wronged player from any SEC team unleash hell on the SEC officiating office, and see if it lands the way I think it will

Most non disclosures are at the end of employment I believe, but it's a moot point from the main point is should have argued from the start
