convinced themselves that Bama is their rival.
Meanwhile, Bama-Auburn in the Iron Bowl is considered one of the best rivalries in college sports.
You would have to live here to understand how personal that game is to both programs regardless of records.
LSU has no rival bc you have no in-State competition and no other team cares enough.
Ole Miss has State
UF has FSU
USCe has Clemson
Texas and Texas A&M
Texas and OU
OU and Okie State Bedlam
Mizzou Kansas
UK has Louisville
Bama and Tennessee is a major rivalry
Georgia has Georgia Tech and AU
Arkansas is the closest thing LSU has for a rival….”Battle for the Boot”

Yes, I am aware. However, Bama leads the series with every traditional SEC opponent.
Secondly, as stated previously, the Iron Bowl is a big deal to everyone from the State of Alabama.
The records do not matter. If anything, the underdog plays harder bc they are trying to spoil the other one’s season.
Again, you would have to be born and raised an Alabama or Auburn fan to understand the intensity of that rivalry.

If you don’t think Ole Miss hates LSU more than any team then there’s literally nothing that can be done for you.
ETA you Gumps sure spend a lot of time on an LSU fan website talking about LSU a whole lot. I honestly couldn’t even tell you the name of any other college message board other than A&M’s. I can promise you there aren’t half the LSU posters on the Alabama boards as there are Alabama posters on LSU boards. If that doesn’t reek of a rival I don’t know what else could. Spending your time staking another teams board that isn’t your rival? Thats just crazy behavior!

We have FSU and Miami...three national title winning programs(all with at least 3) in our State both are rivals.

Again, this is a very nice site. Hands down the best well-known as well, and it’s free to all.
