Penn State already tried, Indiana gave him like a 7 year extension. Nobody is untouchable but Cignetti is in a pretty sweet spot right now and seems to genuinely value building his own thing

I dont make 10 million dollars a year so I can't say this for certain but 3 million dollars extra a year when you make that much doesn't seem worth it to have people riding your arse at a school that gives all they have to football vs a school that Noone will criticize you ever. He will have the damn stadium named after him after 2 seasons and could go winless for 3 years in s row after this and not get fired.

Indiana just gave him something like 11.6 million per year. He’s home.
