So what is the Inadequate 8 going to do without Texas and OU? ...

I don't really care. My wife just called the remaining Big 12 the 'Inadequate 8' and it amused me, so I wanted to share.

That league will be about the same with them or without them. Hell all it was was a bunch of scrimmage games for OU every year anyway.
