Lets say one of them lose and the other wins and goes on to play in the SECCG then loses to a one loss UF team.. Who in the world would get the bid to the NCG if any?

Notice: This is just a hypothetical

That was understood by reading the thread title. No need for clarification.

If an SEc team doesnt run the table we will more than likely not see the NCgame. They have it bad for Boise and unles sthey lose to OR ST they will run the table and jump a 1 loss SEC team

But another senario would be Uf with two losses in the East (Bama and pick-a-team) and wins the SEC.

There is no rule saying you have to be your conference champion to play in the NCG. If this senario played out I honestly think a one loss Bama or AU would jump into the NCG if there is a spot open

That's easy, the SEC champion Gators would go under that hypo.

I wish both teams were undefeated every year until the Iron Bowl, although fans would start killing each other after the game within 2 years of that shite.

LSU will hand Bama and AU a loss. They will hand UF two losses and be on their way to the NCG.
