We lost to Clemson 44-16 a week after being up on Oklahoma 28-0 after 20 minutes.
Oklahoma trailed LSU 49-14. At halftime.

What’s sad is that had Tua not gotten hurt, Alabama wins the Iron Bowl, and there’s a HUGE debate about whether Alabama or Oklahoma should get in because Oklahoma “won their conference” while Alabama would’ve been a legit top 4 team.
An Alabama/LSU rematch yesterday with Tua would’ve been the game of the season, but Oklahoma probably still would’ve gotten in
It’s pretty obvious right now that the only real football is being played in the SEC and the Big 10, with Clemson getting a free ride in the ACC.
The SEC is getting ridiculously strong. Coaching staffs keep getting better and better. Recruiting is ridiculous. I think 6 of the top 10 all in the SEC.
At this point the SEC should almost get two automatic bids every year

I hate to say it, but I agree with this. Alabama with Tua was undoubtedly one of the best four teams.

Title games, something Oklahoma knows zero about...........because your shot at a title game generally ends within the first 10 minutes of the 1st quarter of the semifinal.
But you did almost beat Georgia, I guess. So that was probably fun.
