Rest assured that "allin2010" and his NtY cohorts were on the case pronto.

Asking a kid to transfer high schools isnt against NCAA rules.
It would be hard to prove as well, b/c the Foley coach said he didnt know anything about it.

What's wrong with going to a school with better academic support?
Some high schools are better than others, especially a wealthy one like Foley.
Basically Pruitt was saying that your school is shite academically and you wont qualify. This other school will help you.

Washington High School has really dropped over the years. It changed when they changed the district lines.

If they can't afford to provide summer school for the meatheads and there is a school close by that can, then why wouldn't a player that is trying to qualify for a D1 scholly transfer.

Not really -

Basically Pruitt was saying that you are not going to get enough credits to academically qualify if you remain at Washington. Now, I got a buddy that works up the road about 30 miles at Foley HS, their academic program offers more credits per yr than Washington HS does. Why not transfer to Foley where you can get what you need to qualify academically, and since your old Washington HS coach just left, and you're gonna have to get adjusted to a new coach anyway, it's really no big deal.

It's not against the NCAA rules.
quote:

Schellang told the Pensacola newspaper that Washington officials reported the transfer to the NCAA, but it appears there is no NCAA rule prohibiting a college coach from recommending that a prospect switch high schools.

Also not agaisnt the AHSAA rules.
quote:

AHSAA spokesman Ron Ingram said the AHSAA could look into Paige's transfer if Foley or any other AHSAA member requested an investigation. Citing privacy laws, he could not say if such a request had been made. As far as whether Pruitt encouraged Paige to transfer, that would not violate AHSAA guidelines, Ingram said, unless it was found that Paige had been given a monetary enducement.

When I lived in Foley I worked in Pensacola. Most people I met worked there or Mobile.

They absolutely should. They should always look into occasions where a rule that doesn't exist may or may not have been broken but a rule that DOES exist may be broken at some point in the future.

Seems like a quality use of time.

Again please show me when they attack Alabama. You have multiple Bama sites that attack Auburn on a regular basis.

Many Bama fans accused NtY with regards to Ttowns menswear, but that was simple not true.

They may not Operation Red Dog style attack Alabama, but they act like a whiny younger sibling. "But, mom! Look what Bama did!"

And they are just as retarded as NtY.

Did you take a poll? Many AU fans accuse the CIA of introducing Spice to AU players. See how easy that is?

Actually yes he is.

Block system at Foley allows more credits in a year than Washington.

Non-story story.

allin is the new CC Tiger, without the repetitive biweekly posting of the 1941 Colliers article.
