to their first major non conference opponent going back to 2015. 34 last year. 51 to Maryland in 2017. 47 and 50 in 2016- the year they were "back". 38 and 45 in 2015. So LSU scored 45 points. Tweren't nothing. Just about anyone could with an offseason to prepare it looks like.

If I were a Cajun I'd be worried about nearly giving up 50 points which would have happened if UT had taken the two FGs and not dropped a wide open TD pass.

This post is the equivalent of whistling when walking past a graveyard.

Your reading comprehension is poor. Try reading a little further.

The two FG opportunities and the dropped TD were all on what was essentially one long goal line stand.

Explain how, on that sequence, they could get all 13 points?

If it is first-and-goal and you proceed to drop 4 straight possible TD passes, you didn’t leave 28 points on the table...you left 7.

Sometimes you get in an out of conference shooting match and you have to score 45 to win. And when that happens you try to score 45. Unless you are Bama. In which case you score 16.

I'll hang up and listen while you tell us all how many points Tom Herman offenses traditionally put up, dating back to his OC days at Ohio State....
