Your reading comprehension is poor. Try reading a little further.
So Texas gives up over 40 points per game on average

to their first major non conference opponent going back to 2015. 34 last year. 51 to Maryland in 2017. 47 and 50 in 2016- the year they were "back". 38 and 45 in 2015. So LSU scored 45 points. Tweren't nothing. Just about anyone could with an offseason to prepare it looks like.
If I were a Cajun I'd be worried about nearly giving up 50 points which would have happened if UT had taken the two FGs and not dropped a wide open TD pass.

You sound pretty scared of what Kirby is building TBH
At some point you have to do more than build. It is a legitimate question that recruits and their families and coaches will start asking. Why should I go to UGA only to lose to Bama? Kirby will need response for those who are not automatically sold on Georgia.

Bama posters here are easily the most triggered I've ever seen.
Some LSU guy makes the same argument he makes every year about Bama. He gets shot down. Another guy says "Ha! Ha! Bama is easily triggered".
Weren't LSU fans buying up billboard space last year?
Two ways to look a Bama's game

1) If Bama had faced a decent opponent (face it Duke is a 6 win ACC team) like you would normally see in one of these neutral site openers they would have had their hands full yesterday. A top 25 team or even a fringe one would have given them fits yesterday. Bama has some problems, especially on OL, that they need to address
2) All Bama's opponents need to be thankful that they had all those injuries in camp. This team is solid on D as it is. But without those injuries they would be lethal. This team would be like the 2016 team on D but with a much better offense
