Saban was never leaving Alabama however, UTexas got worked by Sexton. Lol.
It was happening just like this Texas to the SEC move, almost identical. Mack Brown had a lot more pull than Aggy did though. I still haven't forgiven him for putting his legacy ahead of the program.

Texas was only used as leverage to a bigger contract at Alabama. Saban to Texas was never real.

We all know he wanted back at LSU badly but we shot it down with Les already on board
Lol no.

He had one foot out the door. You don't have to believe it though, it's irrelevant now...to the victor go the spoils.

He hates the inbreeds attraction to his program.

Is Sexton the shittiest negotiator of all time then? We offered Saban 10 mil a year and Sexton only got 7 out of Bama. No bidding war. Nothing.
Jimmy could have made a lot more money for himself had he got the deal made with Texas. Unfortunately for him, he couldn't.

Have the Texas boosters ever been defeated? We easily took down the greatest coach of all time. He went to Bama and put their boosters in line, but he was too afraid to even try here.
So the tier list right now is
Texas boosters >>>>>> Saban >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Bama Boosters

just 8 more years at the very minimum.

Crazy to think if he had stayed at LSU they would probably considered one of the all time greatest programs, top 5 even. Instead he came to Bama. Damn.

Saban admitted he wanted to return to LSU in his speech into the Louisiana Hall of Fame and he’s even said it before then if you Google it.

There’s no way he coaches another 8 years it’s all just a recruiting tactic so players think so. But he’s a smart guy fit doing this I must admit!

To be fair, it's the Nick Saban trophy case along with a bunch of fake titles.

That's not what he said.
He said he regretted leaving LSU after leaving for the NFL.
