Most impressive statistic from yesterday's trouncing of Vandy?

quote:

Ole Miss scored on seven of its first eight possessions with the shortest drive covering 67 yards, and the Rebels never punted.

Vandy obviously sucks but the jury's out on Boise State.

And even then, Boise State + Vanderbilt >>>>>>>> Southern Miss + UAB

It was a thrashing, even with Freeze fricking around the whole game

I don't like the dual-QB system that is always lurking in the shadows of all HUNH teams.

Bo was sharp yesterday and Kincaid didn't add that much. Liggins coming in on short yardage situations.

Hugh Freeze is a biggity biggity bitch shite fricktard and I can't wait for Dak to pick him up over his head and break his back Bane-style.

It's terrible for momentum, and even though schematically it may seem like a good idea for game speed it usually just puts your Defense back out there to save your arse. I have no idea why Damian Williams has played the second drive of both games this year unless Mullen's crazy arse wants him to feel real game pressure. frick I hate it.

Surprise of the year at OM IMO. Makes the Moncrief departure almost seemless.

Maybe Mullen feels a debt to Williams for saving his job last year

We've known Core was good for a while but he was always hurt. He has certainly played better than anticipated though

Well he is wide open every play because people are keying on Treadwell and engram. Adeboyjo and sanders will also benefit.

Williams actually throws a damn good pass. He still doesn't have much leadership and play development ability as the defense shifts but he's gonna be fine.

The receivers dropped multiple dime passes of his in the Egg Bowl if you remember that..

UAB really is pretty good. They had several 3rd down conversions that they dropped wide open passes. They legitimately could have won. Hell, state had a pick 6 and punt block to help hold them back. Of course that credit is given to state, but my point is that UAB was fairly salty.

I hate to say "would have's" but Dak staying in and never letting off the gas and game tempo would have to be better than yesterday's result as well.

We're two games in and other than having a fricking disabled jerk off savant field goal unit I still have no idea how good MSU is.

No doubt.

Man, y'all always have the worst kickers. Two of them missed PATs! Mullins was railing them on the sidelines afterwards on tv.

Glad our new kicker got a few chances and looked good though.

Your new kicker is awesome.

Yesterday was the first time I honestly knew I could do a better job than one of our SEC football players. 2PAT misses and a doink. Not a good feel.
