Nov 5th....

Bama's red zone trips:
- to LSU 17 (FG)

LSU's red zone trips:
- to Bama 1 (FG)
- to Bama 13 (set up by Mo pick) (FG)
- to Bama 6 (FG)

yeah, Bama's the one who moved up and down the field and blew chances.

Jesus Christ did LSU fans get together and decide this would be their go to stat? Did you watch the game? I'm not arguing who dominated who or who was better or any of that. I'm sick and fricking tired of seeing your little breakdown. One of LSU's trips was the ref sticking the ball in the dirt at the 25 IN OVERTIME. Another of the 3 was taken into the red zone by a DEFENSIVE PLAYER. Please fricking please tell me which of the two did LSU's offense have anything to do with? I really try to stay away from calling people names on here but there is a huge amount of absolutely retarded LSU fans on the website. And proof is y'all using that there stat every fricking day. I'm sorry for being mad at you, end rant.

Bama has a better D than LSU, just didn't have enough time in 2 weeks to prepare for a dedicated option. JLee came out because he couldn't cut the mustard and every week before that JLee had been racking up impressive passing numbers gashing teams especially deep. That is not JJ's game at all, and he is a totally different player in a game when he is the starter, there is almost no deep passing threat. Force him to pass deep and pressure and its almost like kryptonite he can't read a d worth a crap, but bring him in as an option QB or run that extensively (which is what LSU is gonna try I suspect since it is the only shot they have at being productive on offense if Bama D prepares accordingly) and as you know option passing is a calculated small amount on PA not usually deep. It could get really ugly real quick for LSU if that is Les gameplan especially if he doesn't have JLee.

It is apparent you don't know what you're talking about. I'll start by saying that bama's d isn't better than LSU's.

JJ has never been just an option qb, and we've never really been an option offense. We run the option around 7 times a game.

One last thing, JJ has a pretty decent deep ball. Unlike lee, he will step up into the pocket and throw it down the field and not mind taking a hit. It's his intermediate throws and timing throws that give him problems.

I still don't understand how LSU fans say "we didn't play our full game" or "up to our potential" against Alabama, yet they think we did? We haven't played our best game yet either.

I think we plan against JJ. Plenty of time to do either but our secondary is capable enough to defend the pass already. Option IS where we are weakest, however we haved improved in defending.

Kirby Smart had already told the press he planned all week for Frazier, knowing that Auburn would use the option like GA Southern. We were much better the 2nd time. If LSU tries it for 3 in a row against us, we could be in good shape to lock it down.

Bama cannot stop the option. Proven in the Ga Southern game. Linebackers are too slow. Good luck.

I'm not arguing that. I'm not arguing who is better or anything like that. But Alabama moved the ball better than LSU. Not saying that's a great accomplishment and it obviously didn't help Alabama win. But holy shite LSU fans keep using that to say they moved the ball better, and that just isn't true.

I think elleshoe said it and all the LSU fans ate it up. I have never seen a fan base just pick shite up and run with it like they do. You should have seen the things the rant was saying about Miles in the first half of the SECCG. Then they win and BOOM, Miles is the man again. It's unreal. Not a single one of them can form an opinion by themselves. Alabama fans on here might be dicks, but our arguments at least make sense. LSU fans copy and paste the same damn thing over and over, and usually it's wrong.

you're such a fricking tool, no one said he ran all over "yall"...LSU fans try to downplay what he did in that game...which was a solid game overall...dummy.

frick you. I'v said many times LSU was the better team don't be a smart arse. But if y'all want to argue the game don't use stats that are dead wrong. It's not too hard to have arguments with facts.

Yea the opinion on how much better Bama moved the ball even though they got in the red zone once is a fricking awesome argument.

Look at this chart and try to say Bama didn't move the ball better:

LSU and Alabama both drove into the red zone once. Alabama was in position to attempt to get points way more than LSU. It didn't work. Alabama screwed up at the 30 a few times and LSU's D had a huge hand in that. Alabama moved the ball better it's not a big deal to admit that. But frick that LSU fans can't say anything positive about anybody. Accept OSU I guess.

Your gameplan better be to put 8 guy in the box who will play disciplined on zone read/ option looks. You man up and play cover 1 on early downs and dare LSU to try to get behind the chains. If not then you do what you did last time. Get them in predictable 3rd down passing attempts and cause punts.
