You're right we should have a pool of red water on the sideline and Tennessee should have a community service
Sign up sheet on theirs. There's a reason we have both of them but they aren't used as a "battle cry" or second mascot.....only auburn has 2 (3 depending on who you ask) mascots

I don't care what you do, but you're gripe seems to be that we say go tigers and you guys don't say go elephants...even though it's not super uncommon to hear an older fan refer to you as the pachyderms.
Again id on't understand why it seems to ruffle other fans feathers but for some reaosn it does.
I'm sure you could make a mascot of wave...so don't get too literal and act like you'd ahve to ahve a wave pool on the sidelines.
Finally, was there not a push from the student body to ahve a live elephant on the sidelines?
her ya go...just dye it red

Also, should Alabama have to get rid of the houndstooth? They are Roll Tide, Crimson Tide, Big Al the elephant....

Sounds like what you're saying is there si no point for alabama to have an elephant.
Maybe not, but at least we know where it came from. If Auburn knew where war eagle came, maybe they wouldn't get asked so much.

it came from having an eagle...why is this not good enough for you.
You act like there are a million differnt explanations for the eagle...just pick one, go with it, and then get back to worrying about all things auburn on other fronts.

I think there is a stickied thread on tidefans that he would enjoy.

I didn't start this damn thread. I have no idea how many explanations there are. I never even knew there was more than one until I saw this thread and read about Auburn fans being tired of getting asked. I was just making an observation.
