If Freeze and your staff:

Checked with refs during week
Checked with refs pregame
Checked with refs during play

And they called it then you would have a right to complain.

Another thing about the play...

Exactly what does the wide receiver need to do differently to make the play legal?

Run faster to the spot? Not line up so far outside? Wave his arms and holler at the defense to tell them where he is going?

You mean a single play or missed call doesn't change the outcome? Interesting, why does Alabama have a new river?

I don’t think anyone is crying. Just recognizing your coaching staff is bush league with cheat plays. League says - don’t run the hide and seek play, you put it in for very first conference game. Then you design several pick plays in the passing game hoping they won’t get called. Frick OU and your over rated QB. Only credit at OU goes to that Dline. I can see why 32 was out for targeting and he’ll probably miss more half’s because of it. His first sack he launches at QBs head. He’s a bad arse, but poorly coached on how to avoid targeting calls.

So the refs got the call WRONG on 3 different occasions is ehat you are saying. That's even more damning for the SEC officials and Sankey.

During the week
During the pregame
In the game.

Thats my point and all OU fandoms point.

Auburn fans cried (and still are) that OU cheated. They can’t see thru the tears that OU checked 3 times and had refs said no at any time we never run the play. Thats not cheating.

Their anger is misplaced and should be directed at the SEC door. They hire and train refs not OU.

But like everything all we’ll hear for years is tears from a majority of their fans because they got fixated on a position and pushed all their chips in. None of them will say they were wrong and redirect their anger at SEC.

But for sure, OU fans are loving watching their fans go ballistic for the wrong reasons. I never had any beefs with Auburn fans before game week but afterwards its obvious they lack in critical thinking skills. Same school who created fake titles out of thin air, so its not surprising.

Because there are so many rules there is way less ability to come up with unique plays. Coaches around the country do exactly what OU did and check with refs about legality. Most are likely denied and we’ll never hear about them. In this case the refs said it was fine.

Some say the refs should have huddled to discuss afterwards. Why? If they approved the play they are not going to unapprove it. There was nothing to discuss.

Anyways, its done and done and the bitchfest is likely going to cost Auburn focus this week before their atm game. If Auburn writers and fans are talking and bitching all week then the players and coaches are hearing it and not focused either.

If Auburn loses to atm I can’t wait for them to blame OU. They have PDS. Penalty Deranged Syndrome. From here on out everything is OU’s fault. We broke them. Hell they are even saying it was a conspiracy too lol.

Poorly coached defense that sacked your qb 9 times.

You got your arse whooped, you weren’t as prepared, your offensive gameplan hinges on one incredible wide receiver. You’ll get your arse handed to you much worse later on in the season as people realize your qb holds onto it for 10 minutes and can’t run through his progressions.

As someone else on here commented last year after we got boat raced by Tennessee last year. “It just means more.”

Yes you do lol. There are 10,000 posts from Auburn fans in tears. Surprised they haven’t rioted yet. You care but your fanbase directed it at the wrong outfit. SEC is where it should be not OU. But keep on crying about OU, we’re 4-0 and you’re not.

Auburn is not that important. Nobody gives a shite. Time to stop crying, and move tf on. Seriously, this is fricking embarrassing at this point.

Auburn fans need to shut up

The call at Norman wasn’t anywhere as blantant as this garbage which was actually reviewed and upheld.

They make it up by OU not getting any calls in the red River game.

SEC fan over the age of 50 can tell you at least half a dozen SEC games over their lifetime where their team lost a game that was highly impacted by a blown call.

The 5th down and that gave Colorado the Co-Champ. Otherwise Colorado would not be get it.
