Wow! I am glad you liked it! I am glad he is at Illinois! Drinkwitz wasn't happy with the defense and needed to make a change. Just like LSU did. Nothing really went wrong with Drinkwitz as he was willing to give him a chance and it turned out he wasn't the right fit for him and Mizzou.

He wasn’t going to be retained. Walters is awful. Drink and Mizzou didn’t even bother countering.

If you were more familiar with Mizzou you'd know that Walters time at Mizzou was coming to an end one way or another.

Mizzou fans talked all year how their great defenses were because of Walters and not Odom.
Weird that LSU and Texas have both tried to hire Odom since being at Arkansas and you lose your DC to Bert.

After giving up 35 to Tennessee I was like this is the best defense we've ever had.
After giving up 45 to LSU I said there are at least 3 Heisman defenders on this team.
After giving up 50 to Arkansas I said keep on to Walters, pay him whatever he wants, he cant leave.
After giving up 49 to UGA I fell in love. The way Walters gets these players to buy in to his defense, its like walking the beach during a sunset with your favorite lady.
After giving up 51 to Mississippi state I said well, MSU does have the best offense in the league. Nothing you can do about that there.

Yep, and Bert will probably "steal" some Missouri recruits too that didn't have committable Mizzou offers
