One party had a weapon the entire time and never used it until the other party received a weapon from Brandon Miller and started shooting their car up.
Idiot.

That's seriously all it is ... it all comes down to brand loyalty. Which is most of what makes up sports fandom - simple, blind devotion to a brand.
On the plus side - it seems to be going away, as the Boomers fade off into the sunset. Millennials don't have that kind of loyalty, and Gen Z doesn't have that kind of attention span. It honestly makes me wonder what college sports will look like in fifty years. My guess is they'll be less significant.

Yeah they just drove around till they found Miles and Davis.
Amazing you guys are having an aneurysm about a player picking up his teammate from a club he dropped him off at earlier in the night... but you perfectly fine with the victim's boyfriend searching for those two idiots (Miles and Davis) pulling up behind Brandon Miller as if that wouldn't continue to escalate the situation.

“Trophy travel” Will persist, but teams not competing for championships may struggle to get rear ends in the seats.
Football will likely see seating capacities go down to build better seats with chair backs and cup holders.

I could see that. It would follow the same trend that cinemas and such are following. Even the minor league baseball stadium near me went to all chair-backs with arm-rests. More box seating wouldn't surprise me in the least.

The timeline tells me that Miller wasn’t in any particular hurry when he thought he just needed a ride but when he found out he needed his joint to handle some people that be fakin he hauled arse to get there to get it to him. Couldn’t have somebody disrespecting his friend.

It looks to me like Mr. Brandon Miller doesn’t check his texts very often

What Miller did after the fact is very important.
He fled the scene of a crime.
He did not call the police and report the crime.
He hauled arse and went home.
How did miles get home and hide the gun?
Not good

So this confirms that Miller knew about the gun. Otherwise, Miles would have texted "my gun is in your car".

Let's base our theory on Darius Miles acting rational in the situation

Here's what we know so far. 1. Miles has a verbal altercation with the victim’s boyfriend. 2. He texted Miller to bring his joint b/c a n-word was fakin 3. Shortly after that text was sent, Miller arrives with a gun in the back seat of his car. 4. With Miller in the car, Miles and Davis go into the back seat and discuss the location of the gun and that there is a bullet in the chamber 5. Seconds later Davis exits Miller’s car and shoots at least 8 rounds killing Harris. 6. Miller’s windshield is hit with two rounds from either Davis or return fire from the boyfriend. 7. Miller fled the scene.
I mean if all of this is true you have to be one fricking simple minded person to believe Miller had no idea any of this was going to happen. He supplied the gun to a murder if all of that is true.

He saw the text. Kept going anyway. Might have known the gun was in there, and lied about it. Better hope Miles doesn't snitch right back at him. Didn't have any new rules thrown at him or the team, which is basically what this is all about. There's no control over the program, no care for the safety of the community, and the response from dumb fans and the university means they at least have to throw away their embarrassing woke cards.
