Yes, because you watch them with shaded glasses on. Bert was recruiting to play bama/LSU style ball and couldn't get the quality of recruit of either. Everybody told Arky fans that wouldn't work.

For some reason you are ignoring how pathetic the talent is at Arky right now. From what I have heard, a lot of your better talent this recruiting cycle has decommitted. It would take Jimmy Johnson three or four years to recruit enough SEC talent to even be remotely relevant at this point.
ETA btw, what changed after Morris was fired?

Pittman on day 1 of recruiting is out here trying to rebuild these burnt bridges that Chaggie set a bonfire to.
If you are looking for Chaggie for recruiting then you are gonna get nothing but soft arse 7 on 7 trust fund babies who want to insta-start.

No, you just believe that because I disagree with you. I already provided an example as to why that doesn't fit me. I argued with people on our own board about giving Morris more time. I just can see I was wrong now.

Nope, its really bad by SEC standards. The difference is you think it is so bad that losing by 26 to a G5 school is acceptable and I don't. Hell, if it was a close loss I could at least see where you were coming from

Morris was fired. How did Arky do against Western Kentucky? So it was either Morris or it was something else. Again, to somebody looking at the broader picture.....it boils down to lack of talent.

You can blame it on talent all you want but dude never beat a p5 program in his career. And at the end couldn’t hang with G5 teams... he may be fine as an OC but as a HC he was a failure of epic levels. The players hated him lol

If you think Arkansas is so talent deficient that they should get blown out at home by Western Kentucky at home, by a QB Morris said wasn't good enough... who threw for like 250 in one half against Arkansas...
