Read the opposite all season on here, just trying to keep up.

I think you're mixing up overpaid with not good.

I think he was a massive underachiever at LSU.

LSU can do better. Will they? I don’t know.

It was weird because the defense he ran at Wisconsin seemed totally different. It seemed like an aggressive defense where you didnt know where the blitz was coming from (e.g., Clemson's defense in the Championship). However, when he got to LSU it didn't look as aggressive. Hes the best linebacker coach in the country if you look at the development of the players at that position during his time at LSU. I dont think he ever had an elite defensive line at LSU either.

To be fair, there was plenty of that talk on the Tiger Rant too.

Interesting take coming off an undefeated season where we beat Clemson, Oklahoma, Alabama, UF and UGA by an average of 19.6 PPG.

Clemson was on pace for 600 yards until a great second half

Georgia’s offense sucks
Alabama put up 41
Florida scored 28 and moved the ball at will

Oklahoma was an impressive performance. They got 28 still

Ole miss and vandy put up 30 something. Texas shredded them in the second half

I don’t think they sucked. I think he underachieved. They didnt have a full 4 quarter performance against a good offense this year and I understand part of that was getting big leads and then for whatever reason the defense would start bleeding

No Baylor is making a mistake. But many teams do and that's why there are so many HCs fired every year.

It would be if i said he sucked. I said he underachieved. Meaning the talent was better than the results.

Not everything is a dig at LSU
