Alabama has had GameDay so many times that it’s not a big deal. With the late kickoff and it not being a top ten matchup - I’d expect a light crowd.

It wasn't that big for Texas, either.
It's a night game. Most of the crowd will be driving in today. And the students probably are not super excited to wake up early and stand around in 50-degree weather with a hangover.

Which begs the question, why go there? Yes, the game is big, but the reason behind choosing you would think is the atmosphere for the show. Kind of sucks.

Honestly surprised GameDay came to Alabama. Maybe due to the SEC agreement next year.

My working theory is that once upon a time when there was not other sources of info in our hands it had some value.

Nobody at a Bama cares about gameday. Even Rees said in an interview yesterday with Kyle that Alabama fans seem indifferent to it.
