Should we all be rooting for LSU Baseball this year?

LSU fans seem to regard baseball as a "big" sport, so I imagine a national championship for them would really boost their morale. The suicidal vibe coming from LSU fans right now is tough to be around.
I think we can all give them a sport that doesn't really matter. And it would really benefit this board, especially considering Alabama won't stop the hurt anytime soon.

Your basketball team just got blown out by 40 by UK, LSU's won't do much better, so those 2 sports are a wash. Want to compare football records, LSU vs A&M, these past 6 years? Baseball?

I remember this one time A&M baseball team started off something like 20-0. All the faggie fans here were chest thumping claiming to be a baseball powerhouse. Then they lost in regionals

It may make it worse though.
Also, there's really no reason why they can't make it to Omaha this year. They should be pretty good.

Fyi, LSU baseball will be really good this year. Best pitching rotation in the nation. Full of returning starters from national team seed.
