False. We would join the Big 12 and would destroy Houston, Cincy, WV, Tech and occasionally play a power 5 school.

We would seldom lose. I don’t see how that would be a disaster.

Would it be as fun as the SEC and be “good football”. No.

But A&M has done very well without the SEC for a long while. And there is a very strong argument that the path to a national title game is a TON easier being in a weaker conference.

Especially if conference expansion happens.

We’d be the #1 free agent. ACC & Big Ten would both come calling. It’d be less fun, but we’d land on our feet. Now, this is all a hypothetical. If there was a vote tomorrow, it would be 16-0 to keep A&M.

So joining a non-power conference wouldn't be a disaster? Boise St seldom lost. How many national titles did they get invited to play in?

Please provide evidence of aTm doing well prior to joining the SEC.

Why would UGA be worried about Aggy?

I want to like Aggy, but you guys make it tough.

Since y’all would do very well and it wouldn’t be a disaster why not go? No one wants you in the SEC. Maybe some other conference wouldn’t be embarrassed by your lewd traditions and your constant bragging about your terrorist money. Maybe they wouldn’t mind you buying players and having a lunatic for a coach.

Wow. Big loss if A&M left. Replaced with the longhorns and a lot more star power. Wow terrible loss if A&M left NOT! I think you need the SEC a lot more than you think the SEC needs you. Maybe A&M could have their own network like Texas did

Worse than that, they’re a net negative. An absolute embarrassment to sports fans in general

And with OUT and Texas joining, the SEC would still be deeply entrenched in that market with Aggy. Thus, they're going to become an even bigger liability in the near future.

UGA is not worried about the Aggies. The idea is preposterous. What everyone is worried about is letting a school get away with illegally buying players like ordering dinner from a menu.

No coming back from Jimbo’s meltdown. Only people who are guilty respond in that fashion.

Here to stay. Sorry you won’t be recruiting as well any longer.

A&M would be one of the richest programs in the country with or without the sec, dumbass.

Only thanks to government handouts, not anything that A&M has done to earn that money (except hold their hand out to the government).
