It really won't matter what non-SEC team they bring to the NC.

So you're basically saying that SCAR and UF play a nine game SEC schedule already every year - amirite?

At some point, that will end. And as a SEC hater, I don't want the streak to end unless the SEC is involved.

Well since the BCSNC era will be coming to an end after this year, you better hope it happens this year

personally I think the winner of the Stanford-Oregon game will lose by less points to the SEC victor than tOSU

I am but that is because when I am a Ohio State fan. Go Bucks! The only time I will not support Ohio State is if they play Tennessee and in that case OSU can go to hell.

Vols so far in the gutter you need a back up team to route for?

Seriously though IMO I think tOSU has the best shot to compete with the SEC once Meyer gets the talent depth.

Most of the AP is proclaiming Ohio State as the de facto challenger for the SEC. I am not seeing it. Braxton Miller has terrible delivery and they have to overcome serious losses in their defensive front seven. Is Urban getting too much credit here? As SEC fans, do you think they are the greatest challenger in the field for 2013?

And last year it was going to be USCw.

Actually, they're not. Detroit is.

As far as the Indians:

Playoff appearances: 9 in almost 100 years.
Last playoff appearance: 2007
AL Titles: 5 in almost 100 years
Last AL Title: 1997
World Series Titles: 2 (none since 1948)

The best? Maybe not

Easiest path and will likely be there? Absolutely

tOSU loses all four of their starting DL from last year. The big - 10 is a down league but it's still one of the best four in the country and I just don't see them going undefeated with an entirely revamped DL - even in the Big 10.
