Better Pro than college player in my opinion. He looks explosive and violent. I’m surprised by his mediocre production at A&M. Even our Freshman backup LT held up against him. I think big hungry Elko just doesn’t know how to utilize him properly.

Maybe because the dudes in front of him were also first/2nd round talent. This was his first year starting and he had new coaches and schemes. He’s a junior also. So he’s not even old enough to drink. You are measuring production of 4/5 year players in schemes that never changed against him.
Let’s see, he was behind Diggs (transferred to Cuse) and Diggs likely to go 1st or 2nd. Then we had a down year for our defense as a whole. Last year we lead the SEC in TFL and Sacks. This year, the unit finished 8th in the SEC, Top 30 defense.
We will improve on that side of the ball hopefully with the scheme being in place for the 2nd year.
I know you’re not used to have the 2nd team be as talented as your first team defense, but that’s your problem.
