Has Patterson reported for practice at Ole Miss? Because if he does, I don't think he can transfer and play at USC next year or is it registered and enrolled for classes?
Question is, does Clay Helton want him? Who else was Paterson considering during his recruitment? Cali has a ton of really good pro style QB talent

FTR I don't want him at LSU. I know they have Miles Brennan but he will have to grow into the position
No fear here. My understanding is we sent big brother packing for allegedly trying to leave with a playbook.

His brother's clothes were literally tossed out in the street in front of an LSU ath. facility where he had been staying. His dad was/is the prototype helicopter dad, so why should Shea turn out any different?

Bro they have dime pieces like that on LSUs campus too, you don't think frickin usc has some too? Every school has them. It's funny as hell the way ole miss thinks theyre the only school with fine bitches. Btw, LSU isnt far from oxford and I sure his gf can transfer too. Funny.

Shea is taking the Mitch Mustain career path apparently. Couldn't happen to a nicer family.

He can if the NCAA levies a 2 year bowl ban after the meeting with the COI. (I think most people realize this is coming)
I personally don't think Patterson has a lot to gain from transferring. He is a 3 year and NFL type of player. It would probably be better for him not to have try and learn a new offense for his last year of school.
If Patterson was worried about winning championships or awards he would have never chosen Ole Miss in the first place.

Aside from recruiting rankings, what leads you to think this?
He had a good half against aggie (after september, who doesn't) , then crapped out against Vandy and a terrible state defense.

Not a lot of clamoring for 6 ft qbs in the NFL. He could be drafted but it would be after 4 years and really good numbers.

Wasn't Shea an Arizona commit at the outset?

He chose Ole Miss because that was the only school that would hire his worthless POS brother and daddy told him he had to.

He is nowhere near an NFL player right now. He may be. He's got the talent. But he needs a ton of work. He's not gonna get the coaching at OM. He's realizing that now. Along with no winning team or post season experience being a possibility, and he's praying his own team gets another year bowl ban. That's what is gonna be interesting for OM. Many star players are actually hoping for the additional ban. Why wouldn't they be? How will these players play? The lower players will put out maximum effort cuz it's them vs the world. The stars are just hoping for a way out.
