Imagine blowing a 17-0 lead at home to a mid-pack, uninspiring top 25 team and blaming it solely on officiating, when the opposing team also got 9 penalties for 75 yards.

It wasn't the sheer number of penalties, it was the TIMING of the penalties.

Want to talk about timing?
How about Carolina up 30-29, LSU has the ball 1st and 10 at their own 24, and the snap hits LSUs qb in the face and Carolina recovers, proceeds to run 4 plays for 0 yards, and settles for a field goal. That’s why y’all fricking losers lost.

The refs didn't cause your stupid center to snap the ball. How is it relevant?
In fact, Nussmeier should have be flagged for personal foul for jumping in the face of the official and bitching about it...

Although I don't like the Autrey crew myself, rumor always was that in 22 when Michigan was sign stealing someone from your staff, one of the coordinators, worked with Jim Harbaugh. The next thing you know, they knew every play that TN called. So no shits given if you got screwed out of a game.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Your Heisman caliber QB got hurt and still scored almost 40 points against us.
Walmart is having a sale on Reynolds Wrap you might want to go get some to refresh your head gear.....

Because Carolina got a golden chance to take an 8 point lead in the 4th quarter and didn’t, because that’s what losing teams do..

While the chronology of your post is true, I'm not sure how it is relevant to refuting the statement that the timing of the penalties that the refs called on the two teams made a difference in the game. Please enlighten me.

Right...so then later when we got a pick 6...forcing another turnover like good teams do....it got called back for BS.
Then when we make a nice catch through what should have been DPI, like good teams do, we got a phantom OPI call...
Then when we line up for a play, and are set, and dont move before the snap like good teams do, we get called for a false start (the one with 5 minish left, not the one with under a min).
We did plenty to push us towards going up 2 scores late...and the officials took that away from us. It's hard to win, harder to win when youre playing the officials also

Nussmeier is a little bitch, but you have to applaud the thinking to flop. Guy would get along well over in Europe. Should be playing soccer.
What that call tells me, is that QBs are protected no matter what. So, the minute they throw an interception, and the other team is returning it they are essentially a free, protected tackler.

Why would I continue to enlighten someone with plays throughout the game when they are just going to cherry pick and blame the officials for 50/50 calls?
Maybe Beamer should tell your dumb d linemen to not get recklessly amped up and hit the Qbs right in front of the the officials in an era where the QBs have been protected like never before.
Carolina was up 17-0, at home, and lost. Blame the refs all you want.

Yup. He's playing the wrong football...

If he jumped through the gap, how does his stomach hit the blocker in the helmet?
He also puts his left hand on the blockers right shoulder/ back for leverage which is illegal 100% of the time. Not sure how that would be possible with body mechanics if he went through the gap…
Illegal every time.

Because it hit him on the dexter side of the sagittal plane., otherwise known in the medical profession as "The gap"...

Completely gifted that game to LSU. Absolutely pathetic by the refs.
